Goffs Land Rover Bumper Winner & Runner Up Added To Punchestown Sale

Yesterday’s Land Rover Bumper winner Absolute Notions (pictured) and runner-up Miss Agusta have been added as wild card entries to tomorrow’s Punchestown Sale which takes place in the winners’ enclosure after racing.

Absolute Notions was hugely impressive winning the Land Rover Bumper on his debut by 6 ½ lengths and the son of Milan is catalogued as Lot 21.  Miss Agusta, a Well Chosen filly trained by Margaret Mullins, finished second 5 ½ lengths of the third horse and the rest of the field.  She will be offered as Lot 20.

The Land Rover Bumper race has a proven track record of its winners going on to become top class racehorses including Hardy Eustace, Newmill, Petit Mouchoir and Commander Of Fleet.

The full catalogue of 21 Lots is available to view online along with race footage, while printed catalogues are available at Goffs and from the Goffs horsebox next to the weigh room at Punchestown. 

Horses will be available for inspection on Thursday morning from 9am to midday at Goffs, and from 1pm until the end of racing on Thursday at Punchestown.
